Python环境

为了学习Machine Learning in Action, 在机器上需要安装Python环境。 注意Windows 7用户不是Admin的话最好不要装到Program Files 文件夹下， 否则安装numpy可能出未授权错误。

numpy-1.12.0-cp36-none-win_amd64.whl

Install numpy:
C:\Python36-32\Scripts>pip3.6 install \Software\numpy-1.12.0-cp36-none-win32.whl
